Day 3

What I've learned so far:

1.  I do a lot of my eating out of habit.  Feeling bored?  Take the kids to McDonald's for an ice cream.  Driving to the mall?  Stop by Sonic during Happy Hour for a 1/2 priced drink.  
2.  A "treat" or a "goody" is neither if I do it every day.  
3.  I've started to eat my food slowly, trying to appreciate what I have at the moment.
4.  The evenings is when I struggle the most, last night especially.  I wanted a Dr. Pepper like nobodies business!
